The firm is led by Cynthia Alvarez, an Ernst & Young (EY) alumna. EY is one of the Big Four, the world's four largest accounting and professional services firms. Cynthia is also an Enrolled Agent (EA), federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Cynthia holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Florida International University (FIU) and brings over 15 years of experience in public and corporate accounting.
